#1- Long-form content from blog posts to ebooks...
Now, the biggest challenge I have with long form content right now is ORGANIZING the ideas and EXTRACTING them!
If you have experience interviewing, with journalism and if you LOVE organizing ideas into outlines, this is the BIG WIN.
If you can also write compelling, engaging and fun to read content efficiently… you may be the perfect person for the job!
#2- Short form content.
This content is in the form of answering members' questions and helping me reply to the thousands of comments I receive each and every month.
This requires you to have a mentor like mindset and a willingness to step up in my community as a community manager/mentor.
You will also need to know my philosophy and processes, which you will learn through frequent conversations we will have...
And the notes you take from our conversations will answer the short form content and will become the foundation for the long form content...
So, in many senses it's the same ideas in different formats.
You will spend consistent time working with me directly (in addition to working with my team) learning more about my ideas, processes, insights so you can help translate those into the written content for my audiences.

The job here is two fold...
First is long form content for my blog and eventually books that I need help with.
Second is that of a community mentor inside my inner circle membership program...
My inner circle runs on a forum software and you will be writing out the answers to member's questions and assisting them in moving their businesses forward.
Now, you don't need to know all the answers... You will learn everything based on our conversations where you will extract my ideas/insights/processes/dictation through interviewing me and asking me questions directly.
I need your help getting the ideas out of my head and into written form in front of the people who need them most.
This means you'd be working hand-in-hand with me, my lead SEO, my inner circle members and my audience, every single day...
But mostly with me directly.
The first 3-6 months would be a process of learning EVERYTHING I know about digital marketing through constant contact with me and through engaging with my audience and inner circle members directly.
As we work through my ideas you will be outlining, organizing and strategizing how to codify my ideas/answers/processes into evergreen long-form content like ebooks, blog posts, kindle books and more.
All this while you earning a consistent salaried income so you can comfortably cover your monthly expenses without stressing about your next writing gig.
You will have a lot of flexibility of when and where you work, but you MUST be available throughout the morning and afternoons on US time, just about every day.
EU and Asia timezones won't work... If you are a full time nomad who changes timezones on a regular basis, this isn't for you.
In addition to earning why you learn... And getting paid consistently for writing...
You will also be building the skills that will turn you into a marketing mercenary by learning everything I know (and haven't shared with the world) in order to help me get these ideas out...
Over time, you'll get everything you need to become a super-successful entrepreneur yourself, too.

Now, you MUST have experience and above average talent as a writer...

Whether you completed a Masters in English or Philosophy and you just finished writing your dissertation...
You've been self publishing novels or non-fiction books on Kindle...
Or whether you've been a contract writer for a content mill or freelancing on Upwork...

What Skills & Qualities Are Required?
The right candidate for this job is extremely organized and has tools/systems in place to manage your tasks and priorities so you can always be making the most effective use of your time.
You will often receive a variety of writing tasks that need to get handled via a web conference, voice memos, videos and you will need to be able to organize, prioritize and publish-worthy content in the shortest amount of time possible.
You must have an excellent command of the written English word and the ability to MOVE PEOPLE with your writing.
Punctuation, grammar, sentence structure… Expert level required.
You will be working on live, customer-facing content every day.
If you've been studying copywriting and have a knack for headlines, descriptions, bullet points and other persuasive writing skills, be sure to note this in your application!
Other required skills include researching, note-taking, creating outlines, writing summaries, writing blog posts, outlining books, writing ebooks and free reports, etc…
Logistics: Required Hours & Pay
You need to have a minimum of 20 hours per week available, but 30-40 hours per week is preferred.
You will be an independent contractor or freelancer.
The starting pay is a flat monthly rate paid out on the 15th and 1st via PayPal. For a part-time teammate the pay starts at $1250/mo and for full time the pay is $2500
The first opportunity for a pay increase starts as early as 90 days from when you get hired on and could increase to $3,000+/mo based on performance.
Long-term, you can easily earn 6 figures per year (that's over $8300/mo) as you help me grow my reach through the written word to the next levels.
Or you may build the skills and gain the life experience you need to grow your side project to generate 10x that amount and eventually, fly the nest as a digital entrepreneur yourself.
Either outcome is a job well done in my book.
